Gently stir for <strong data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1617\">1\u20132 minutes<\/strong> to coat grains with ghee.<br data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1646\" \/>Add salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"1052\"><strong data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1695\">Liquids &amp; saffron<\/strong><br data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1698\" \/>Add water\/stock and saffron milk.
