Halve sweet potatoes crosswise if <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">large and place in steamer. Cover, reduce heat to medium, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">and steam until fork-tender, 25-30 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Step 2<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meanwhile, smash together butter, lime juice, tahini, soy <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl with a fork until <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">smooth, about 3 minutes. Season tahini butter with kosher <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">salt and lots of pepper.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Step 3<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Arrange sweet potatoes on a platter or a large plate. Let <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">cool until you can just handle them, then split open and <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">generously spread tahini butter over. Season with sea salt; <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">top liberally with sesame seeds.
