These waffles cook faster than traditional waffles, so you don\u2019t need to wait as long to enjoy them\u2026<\/p>\n<div class=\"ERSTopRight\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSTimes\">\n<div class=\"ERSTime\">\n<div class=\"ERSTimeHeading\">Prep time:\u00a0<time datetime=\"PT5M\">5 mins<\/time><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSTime ERSTimeRight\">\n<div class=\"ERSTimeHeading\">Cook time: <time datetime=\"PT10M\">10 mins<\/time><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSTime ERSTimeRight\">\n<div class=\"ERSTimeHeading\">Total time:\u00a0<time datetime=\"PT15M\">15 mins<\/time><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSClearLeft\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSSummary\">\u00a0like Eggo&#8217;s!<\/div>\n<div class=\"divERSHeadItems\">\n<div class=\"ERSServes\">Yield:\u00a012 waffles<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERSIngredientsHeader ERSHeading\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cups oat flour (just grind raw oats in food processor or blender to make into flour)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 Tbsp ground flax<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 x30 gram scoops (or \u00be cup) whey protein (I used\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wheygourmet.com\/products\/wheygourmetnaturelle.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Whey Gourmet<\/a>\u00a0vanilla)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp cinnamon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp vanilla<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 egg whites (I used \u00bd cup carton egg whites)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ERSClear\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERSInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERSInstructionsHeader ERSHeading\">Instructions<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preheat waffle iron.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In 1 bowl mix together oat flour, whey protein, flax, baking powder &amp; cinnamon. Mix until blended. Add in wet ingredients (milk, vanilla, egg white) and mix until blended.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Allow batter to sit for 5 minutes allowing it to thicken up a bit.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook on waffle maker until golden brown (about 5 minutes).<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Serve topped with berries, low sugar syrup, or whatever you like!<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Store leftovers in freezer bags and keep in the freezer.
