I adapted the pizza crust from a focaccia recipe about 17 years ago.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Bread flour [3 cups]<\/li>\r\n<li>Water [ 1 cup ]<\/li>\r\n<li>Salt [ 1.5 tsp ]<\/li>\r\n<li>Yeast [ 2 tsp ]<\/li>\r\n<li>Olive Oil [ 3 tbsp ]<\/li>\r\n<li>Granulated sugar [ 1 tsp ]<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Add flour and water to a large mixer bowl and mix by hand until there is no dry flour left. Let stand for 30 minutes [autolyze]<br \/><br \/>Add yeast, olive oil and sugar, and mix by hand, folding on occasion.
